Group Exercise
Our groups offer a cost-effective, supervised and safe exercise program which are individually designed to each participant. Depending on your individual needs our groups can assist to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, bone density, balance, or any combination of these.
Our groups are limited to a maximum number to ensure each person can be supported and assisted throughout the session.
Strength and Mobility Group
The Strength & Mobility Group is a 30 minute session, catering for 4-8 participants, with the goal of maintaining or improving whole body strength, mobility & balance to reduce risk of falls/ fractures and improve quality of life.

This group is suitable for those with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, chronic & complex conditions, as well as healthy population. Participants can join this group following on from an individual model of care with our team of exercise physiologists, such as a medicare enhanced primary care plan, or by completing a group assessment prior to commencing group based care.
Functional Training Group
The Functional Training Group caters for 4-8 participants, with focus placed on Mobility, Movement Competency, Strength/ Hypertrophy & Energy System Development.

This group is designed for those who have goals focused around health, fitness and performance outcomes or end stage rehabilitation outcomes. Participants can complete this group as a way of maintaining or further developing outcomes they have achieved as a result of individual services, or by completing a group assessment prior to commencing group based care.
1 on 4 Group
The 1 on 4 Group caters for 2-4 participants, with a focus on individual care being delivered in a group setting. The focus of this group varies from rehabilitation goals to performance outcomes…

Depending on the needs of the person attending, the smaller group size allows for more attention to detail where required at a programming or coaching level. This 60 minute session is designed for those who have already completed an Initial Assessment and are working towards specific health, rehabilitation or performance outcomes.
